Believe it or not, I wasn’t always a southern belle. I was born in Minnesota, but moved south as soon as I could. It was there that I was introduced to my two loves, home-brewed sweet tea and John, my husband of twenty-three years. John and I homeschooled our two daughters through high school. I live with my family just north of the Mason-Dixon line where I enjoy spending time with our cat, “Bubba,” and working on the rest of the La Beaux Plantation series books.
